Our Story
It all started with a
birthday cake.
When my daughter turned three, I wanted to create something special: a birthday cake she could safely enjoy despite multiple food allergies.
With no baking experience, I spent months teaching myself how to bake and decorate from scratch. There were plenty of failed attempts along the way, but seeing my daughter enjoy her very own cake made every moment worth it.
That single birthday cake sparked a passion that soon became Dessert Rose Bakery: a boutique bakery focused on handcrafted desserts, thoughtful ingredients, and creating sweet moments to share with the people we love.
